ioSafe Rugged Portable External Hard Drives

Cmpare Lacie vs. ioSafe Rugged Portable Comparison

Going to CES 2011 was a literal "BLAST" with the ioSafe crew. I was fortunate to be part of Demo-Lition 2011 as I was for the 2010 and 2009 events in Las Vegas.

This year ioSafe debuted the Rugged Portable hard drive, a USB 3.0 external hard drive that is protected from drop, shock, crush, water, high altitude and even 12 gauge shotguns. In case you are not familiar with ioSafe hard drives, your purchase includes a no questions asked data recovery service and no-hassle warranty.

ioSafe takes great pride in protecting data and helping their customers recover data in the event of a disaster...whether that be a fire or flood (read coffee spill) or the hard drive breaks (on purpose or by accident), ioSafe is there to help. It's very refreshing to witness first hand the great pride and passion that everyone at ioSafe has for protecting data - no matter if it's vital business records or your family photos.

CES ended with a "bang" as the Rugged Portable hard drive won the CNET Best of CES 2011 Award for Storage. Congratulations to Robb Moore and the entire team at ioSafe for continuing to engineer products that are world's most rugged and backing them with the best warranty in the industry.

I look forward to sharing more news as ioSafe continues to be on leading edge of hard drive storage, data security and mitigating data loss.

Thanks as always to all of our clients worldwide, we greatly appreciate your business and the trust you place in our team. I wish you all the best in 2011 and beyond!

Best Regards,

Johnny Klemme
