ioSafe SoloPRO USB 3.0 External Hard Drive

fireproof hard drive
ioSafe is getting ready to ship their newest and best fireproof/waterproof hard drive, the SoloPRO. Cased in a sleek "aircraft black box" this external desktop drive features your choice of eSATA/ uSB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connectivity.

For businesses that run Windows servers, the eSATA option will provide great performance and flexibility. The ioSafe SoloPRO is available with up to 2TB of data storage with the option to go with SATA or SSD (solid state hard drives) and can withstand temperatures up to 1,550 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes and a full water submersion to a depth of 10 feet of fresh or saltwater for up to three days. The unit comes with USB 2.0 (480 megabits per second) and eSATA (3 gigabits per second) interfaces. A USB 3.0 interface is also an option, which puts the Super USB speed in a close race with eSATA.
